Dutch Oven Cooking Workshop

Learn how to cook a wide variety of foods in a fire with this traditional little cast iron oven on legs. Instructor Josh Epperson has taught dutch oven cooking to hundreds of folks across Arkansas.
Class will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and costs $30 per participant which includes copies of all recipes and a lunch of the foods you've cooked.
Space is limited so pre-registration with full payment is required by 8/29/2012.
· Class fee $30 payable at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable unless we cancel the class.
· Registration deadline is 8-29-2012.
· Minimum students 8, maximum 18. If the class does not make, students will be notified the first business day after the registration deadline and offered the chance to switch to another class or receive a refund.
· Class starts at 10:00 a.m. Meet your instructor and pick up your packet in the Administration Building lobby. Class usually finishes about 2:00.
